Song
I wrote this for a colleague who is making music last year, I still hope it will be realised in to a song. But he ensures me the project is still alive. Not perhaps my favourite music though, trance. But who knows maybe I’ll find someone else to do it also.
A crescent moon caress
the cerise meadow
when the cold night embrace me
I know dawn hides behind the horizon
flashing neon lights
colour the never-sleeping street
A quiet morning rain
soothing the night
awoken by a vicious thorn
I wonder whether to smile or weep
I claim the truth
but hold my silence
I’ve seen the sky on a white night
I’ve slept under the sun
one more secret
one more piece of my soul on a black day
I’ve seen the sky on a white night
I’ve slept under the sun
one more secret
one more piece of my soul on a black day
Savouring the memories
of last night
as the world comes to life
deprived to the brink of insanity
I feel the tears
missing what I never had
I’ve seen the sky on a white night
I’ve slept under the sun
one more secret
one more piece of my soul on a black day
I’ve seen the sky on a white night
I’ve slept under the sun
one more secret
one more piece of my soul on a black day

Since when did poetry have anything to do with grammar?
